What happens after I book a session?Once you've successfully booked a session, you will first receive a confirmation email detailing the plan you have ordered (i.e., Business English 10 Sessions, or Free Consultation, etc.) Then, within approximately 10-15 minutes, you will receive a second email confirming your booking and containing your Zoom meeting invitation with the scheduled date and time. On the day and time of your session, you can easily join by clicking the link provided in the email or by launching the Zoom application and entering the meeting details.

Cancellation and Rescheduling PolicyLast Updated: 3/29/2025 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Excel Lingo, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. To ensure fairness to both myself and my students, I have the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling of coaching sessions: Rescheduling by the Student: You can reschedule your session for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Please remember to reschedule your session within the validity period of your purchase: 1 month for single sessions, 3 months for 5-session packages, and 6 months for 10-session packages. Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds are available under specific conditions. For individual sessions, a full refund minus a 3% administrative fee may be possible. For unused package deals cancelled within 5 business days of purchase, a similar refund is available. Partial refunds for partially used packages are also considered. Please refer to the complete Return Policy on the FAQ page for all details and instructions on how to request a refund. Cancelling a session will not automatically initiate a refund. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel your session, log into your account, navigate to your "My Bookings" page, and click on the "Manage" button next to the session you wish to change. You will then see options to "Book Again," "Reschedule," or "Cancel." Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, the full session fee will be charged, and refunds will not be provided. Return PolicyLast Updated: 3/29/2025 At Excel Lingo, we are committed to providing high-quality language coaching services. Please review our policy regarding refunds below. 1. Individual Sessions: Generally, once an individual session has been completed, it is considered fulfilled, and refunds are not offered. Single sessions are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period may be forfeited without a refund. If you decide you don't want the single session anymore within the first month after buying it, AND you haven't actually booked a specific date and time for that session yet, you can get your money back. However, a small 3% fee will be taken out for administrative costs. If it's been more than one month since you bought the single session, you cannot get a refund, even if you haven't booked it yet. The time to get a refund has passed. 2. Package Deals: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to consider the remaining sessions in a package deal. Please review the following guidelines: Cancellation After Purchase but Before Any Sessions: If you wish to cancel your package deal before attending any sessions, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 3% administrative fee. Please contact us within 5 business days of your purchase to request this. Cancellation After Attending Some Sessions: If you have started using your package and wish to discontinue, we may offer a partial refund for the remaining unused sessions. This refund will be calculated as follows: The refund will be the original package price minus the cost of the sessions already used at the regular individual session rate, less a 3% administrative fee on the original package price. Time Limit for Package Usage: Package deals are valid for a specific period from the date of purchase. The 10-session package is valid for 6 months, and the 5-session package is valid for 3 months. Any unused sessions after this period may be forfeited without a refund. No Refunds for Completed Packages: Once all sessions in a package have been completed, no refunds will be offered. 3. Late PolicyLast Updated: 3/29/2025 Late Policy I understand that occasional delays can happen. To ensure the smooth scheduling of all lessons, I offer a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled session start time. If you do not arrive within this 15-minute grace period, you will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. If you arrive late but within the 15-minute grace period, we will still hold the session. However, to respect the schedules of other students, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
